Jai’Us Davanier Hart, 24 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said they saw a bag of marijuana sitting in his front passenger’s seat
While questioning Hart, police went on to say that a second bag of marijuana was found in his pants pocket.
He was taken into custody at the intersection of North Broad Street and North Avenue.
Hart is charged with possession of a controlled substance.
