Hershel Kyle Graham Jr, 49 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said he stalked another man on Jack Street.
Reports said that Graham placed the victim’s residence under surveillance with the purpose to intimate him. He is also accused of driving slowly past the victim’s home, parking his vehicle and then walking to his driveway.
Graham is charged with stalking.
