Coby Jarod Burley, 21 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he attacked his older sister.
Police said that Burley shoved the victim to the ground during a dispute. The victim suffered scratches to her arms and face during the incident.
Burley is also accused of beating a hole in the wall of the victim’s home.
Burley is charged with simple assault and criminal trespass.
