A homeless 47 year-old Rome man, Richard Lynn Wright Sr, was arrested this week after reports said he was found with drugs while eating at McDonald’s.
Police said that Wright had previously been banned from the store for his misbehavior.
Authorities went on to say that they found him with a schedule III drug that was not prescribed to him.
Wright is charged with possession/distribution of Dangerous drugs and criminal trespass.
