Richard Rene Bagley, 54 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said sold Fentanyl to a police informant.
The drug deal occurred at the Budget Inn last April.
Bagley is charged with possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, possession of a Schedule II controlled substance with intent to distribute, sale of a Schedule II controlled substance, and four counts of probation violation.
