Jasiah Joshawn Brown, 23 of Laviona, was arrested and booked into the Floyd County Jail this week after reports said he was found with 4 grams of methamphetamine while an inmate at the Floyd County Prison.
The drugs were found back in April of 2021, but he was not booked into jail until his prison sentence expired.
Brown is charged with possession of methamphetamine, sale of methamphetamine and possession of items prohibited by an inmate.
