Larry Daniel, 73 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he attacked a roommate at their home on East 20th Street.
Reports said that Daniel grabbed the victim by the arm in a provoking nature. The victim was left with a visible injury to their arm.
Daniel is charged with simple battery.
