Kimberly Mona Bohanan, 36 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she tried to steal a buggy full of items from the West Rome Walmart.
Police said that Bohanan skip scanned 21 items after placing them in a buggy and attempting to exit the store without paying.
Bohanan is charged with theft by shoplifting.
