Woodie James Sudler 73 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said he lied to them about his identity while being pulled over for driving at a high rate of speed on Martha Berry Blvd near Loop 1.
Police said that after pulling Sudler over he gave them a fake name and date of birth. While investigating, they discovered that Suder had been driving on a suspended license.
Sudler is charged with speeding, driving on a suspended license and giving false information to police.
