James Benjamin Frampton, 30 of Bremen, was arrested this week after reports said he was found trespassing at a home on Lee Avenue in Rome.
Reports said that Frampton was found trespassing while stealing a Blue Rhino Grill, which is valued at $220.
The theft occurred just after midnight on Tuesday.
Frampton is charged with theft by taking and criminal trespass.
