Tonia Ridling Boone, 54 of Rome, was arrested in the Publix Parking lot this week after a welfare check resulted in officers finding drugs.
Police said that after being dispatched to the store they observed drug related objects in plain view. A subsequent search then led officers to find methamphetamine, a vile of crystal meth, four schedule IV pills, drug smoking devices and cotton tips.
Boone is charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance, possession of drug related objects and failure to appear.
