Charlene Ford Disque, 54 of Aragon, was arrested this week at the Floyd County Court House after she became loud and boisterous before cursing at officers.
Police said that while in the courtroom Disque was asked to leave because of her behavior.
Once in the hallway, Disque continued to act disorderly when she yelled “Fu** you” at deputies while flipping them the bird.
The incident occurred in a courthouse lobby full of adults and children.
Disque is charged with disorderly conduct.
