Ashley Nicole James, 33 of Lindale, was arrested this week after reports said she illegally gained possession of a stolen Apple iPhone 11 Pro and then sold it to another person for $75.
The incident occurred at the East Rome Walmart back in January of 2022/
James is charged with theft by receiving stolen property.
