Crystal Juanette Owens, 52 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she created a fraudulent check on another’s bank account.
Reports said that Owens then cashed the check for $285 at United Community Bank.
Owens is charged with 4th degree forgery and identity theft fraud.
