James Kenneth Owens Jr, 42 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said he violated a court order when he made contact with a 42 year-old woman.
Reports said that Owens attempted to call the victim despite direct orders from the court not to do so.
Owens is charged with aggravated stalking.
