Miranda Cheyene Boatwright, 26 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said she placed another person in fear of their life during a dispute on Flora Avenue.
Reports did not say what act Boatwright did to scare the victim.
Boatwright is charged with disorderly conduct.
