Debra Lynn Collins, 60 of Lindale, was arrested this week after reports said she attempted to hide out a wanted criminal at her home on Davis Street.
Reports said that Collins told police that Jamey Lee Chastain was not in her home and that he was in another location.
However, Chastain was found hiding out inside the home.
Collins is charged with hindering the apprehension of a criminal and obstruction.
The suspect, Chastain, 44, then proceeded to run from police in an effort to escape capture.
