Anthony Tyson Davis, 46 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he stole two boxes of Black and Mild cigars from the Rock Store on Kingston Highway.
Reports said that the cigars were valued at $52.96.
The theft occurred back on July 13, 2022.
Davis is charged with theft by shoplifting.
and criminal trespass.
