Jason Ordie Gulley Jr, 27 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found in possession of drugs while being pulled over for speeding.
Reports stated that Gulley was found in possession of marijuana and various smoking pipes while being stopped on Loop 1.
Gulley is charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug related objects and speeding.
