Dustin Asher Shaw, 24 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he threw a 17-year-old teen’s television in the yard.
Reports said that the TV was valued at $169.
The victim also told police that they were placed in fear of their safety due to Shaw’s actions.
The incident occurred at a home on McHenry Drive.
Shaw is charged with simple assault and criminal trespass.
