Sarnoma Sa’carea Cheeks, 31 of Dallas, was arrested in Rome after reports said she sold another’s person’s car without the owner’s approval.
Police said that jack on January sold another’s 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee for $100.
Cheeks is charged with theft by conversion.
