Yentl Akili Poole, 39 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she made a false police report.
Authorities stated that she told police that her 2022 Kia Stinger had been reported stolen.
Investigators later determined that Poole’s former spouse had been given the vehicle in their divorce.
Poole is charged with making a false report of a crime.
