An employee at the East Rome McDonalds, Jatylus Kirese Lowry, 18, was arrested this week after he was accused of stealing $100 from his employer.
Reports said that Lowry was observed putting the money in his pants without permission of the store.
While being taken into custody, he was found with the cash and marijuana in his pocket.
Lowry is charged with theft by taking and possession of marijuana.
