Stephen Ashley Storey, 35 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he stole a Kawasaki EX300 from a location on East Drive.
Police said that Storey took the motorcycle for a test drive but never returned.
The incident occurred back on April 17th.
Storey is charged with theft by taking, failure to appear and two counts probation violation.
