Jakobe Marshain Hamilton, 22 of Rome, was arrested this week after lying to police about his identity.
Reports said that after giving authorities a fake name and date of birth Hamilton also signed his fingerprint card using the name Jacobi Brewer.
Hamilton is charged with false statements and writings and giving false information to police.
