Kionna Latrice Stocks, 37 of Rome, and Samuel David Jones Jr, 52 of Rome, were arrested at a home on Calhoun Avenue after police said they found a large amount of marijuana packaged in multiple baggies.
Police added that they also recovered tramadol pills that were not in their original container, digital scale, THC vape, and a crack cocaine rock.
Both are charged with possession of cocaine, possession of a Schedule I controlled substance, possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance, possession of controlled substances with intent to distribute, and unlawful possession of a controlled substance.
