Tony Yeizon Sanchez-Lopez, 27 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he imprisoned a 38 year-old woman at a home on Benton Drive.
Authorities said that Sanchez-Lopez stood in a doorway and refused to allow the victim to leave despite pleas to do so.
The incident occurred on Benton Drive.
Sanchez-Lopez is charged with false imprisonment.
