Michael Scott Greer, 49 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he threatened to send explicit photos of a 46 year-old woman to others while repeatedly texting her despite pleas from her to stop.
Reports added that Greer also repeatedly passed by the victim’s home and followed her to work and other people’s homes.
Greer is charged with stalking and harassing communications.
