A homeless 43 year-old Rome man, Timothy Gene Estes, was arrested this week after reports said he broke into a school bus at Armuchee Elementary School.
Police said that he was taken into custody just after midnight on Friday.
Estes is charged with criminal trespass and entering an automobile with the intent to commit a felony.
