Rome Man Jailed After Slapping Phone Out of Another’s Hand

Stanley Lamar Sullivan Jr, 43 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he walked over to another man and slapped his cellphone out of his hand.

The incident occurred at a location on East 10^th Street.

Sullivan is charged with simple assault.
