Russell Brunette, 32 of Woodstock, was arrested in Rome at the Alto Park Softball Complex this week after he began yelling and acting in a violent manner around multiple kids and adults.
Police said that Burnette appeared to be heavily intoxicated while being taken into custody.
Brunette is charged with public drunk and disorderly conduct.
