Cody Allan Powers, 34 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found with a mislaid debit card while trespassing at the BP/Dunkin’ store on Shorter Avenue.
Police said that Powers had been banned from the location before being arrested this week. The debit card was discovered when he arrived at the jail and was checking in his items.
Powers is charged with criminal trespass and financial transaction card theft.
