Tyrin Lamar Ferguson, 32 of Acworth, was arrested this week after reports said he injured his stepmother during an altercation on East 12th Street.
Reports said that Ferguson pushed and kicked a bedroom door while the victim was directly behind it. The impact resulted in visible injuries to the victim’s head.
Ferguson is charged with battery and probation violation.
