The Rome-Floyd Metro Drug Task Force arrested Daniel Jacory Matthew Leroy Williams, 31, and Duncan Renaldo Johnson, 55, both of Rome, after a search of a home on Ellison Street.
Officers said that they located a large amount of marijuana, psychedelic mushrooms, synthetic marijuana and a digital scale.
Both are charged with possession of marijuana, distribution of marijuana and possession of drug related objects.
Williams is additionally charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance and probation violation.
