According to Chattooga County Sheriff Mark Schrader, 39 y ear-old Jeremey Shane Deberry, of Lyerly, was pronounced dead this week after drowning near Oakhill Road.
Reports said that Deberry was trimming grass around a body of water when he collapsed into the water. He was found by the property owner.
