Three Romans, Miguel Angel Bogarin, 28, Lisa Bogarin, 51, and Vanessa Gutierrez, 21, were arrested this week following a car chase on Ga 20 near Beech Creek Drive.
Reports said that Bogarin was clocked at driving 65 mph in a 45 zone. When officers initiated the stop, Bogarin fled away.
He is then accused of exiting the car and fleeing inside a home, where he was taken into custody.
Reports added that both women are accused of attempting to hide out the suspect.
All three are charged with willful obstruction of law enforcement.
Miguel Bogarin is additionally charged with speeding, DUI, and attempting to elude police.
