Joshua Emmanuel Nash, 22 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he used another person’s bank card without their approval.
Police added that while investigating the crime, Nash gave them a fake name and then later signed his finger print card with the fake name.
Nash is charged financial transaction card fraud, false statements and writings, and giving false information to police.
