James John Duncan Jr, 45 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he lied to police during a traffic stop, in which he gave officer’s his brother’s name as his own while getting a ticket.
Reports said that Duncan was cited for driving on a suspended license while giving his brother’s identity as his own.
Officers added that Duncan proceeded to sign the ticket with his brother’s identity
Duncan is charged with giving false information to police and false statements and writings.
