Ryan Keith Easterwood, 31 of Lindale, was arrested this week after reports said he violated a court order to stay away from a woman when he went to her job and then proceeded to headbutt her.
The victim suffered visible swelling and a bloody nose.
The incident occurred back on December 4h at 1818 Dean Avenue.
Easterwood is charged with battery, aggravated stalking, and five counts failure to appear.
