Patrick Payton Ridge, 32 of Armuchee, was arrested at the Mapco on Shorter Avenue this week after reports said he was found in possession of various drugs and a firearm.
Reports said that officers found Ridge in possession of fentanyl, marijuana and a gun.
Ridge is charged with possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled scheduled II substance and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.
