Luis Tomas Felipe, 27 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he hit a mailbox while driving intoxicated on Hunter’s Glen Road.
Officers said that Felipe failed to maintain his lane of travel and crossed the middle lanes multiple times before pulling over.
During the stop, Felipe refused a DUI test.
He was taken into custody and charged with DUI, failure to maintain lane and criminal trespass.
