A 52 year-old homeless woman, Regina Beasley Haynes, was arrested on Porter Street in Rome after she allegedly damaged a man’s car.
Reports said that Haynes tore the passenger’s side front windshield wiper off the car at a location on Harper Avenue.
Haynes is charged with criminal trespass.
