Underage Rome Woman Found Drinking After Hit and Run

Kayla Nicole Fields 20 of Rome, was arrested this week after she was found intoxicated after causing a hit and run accident on East 14^th Street.

Fields is charged with intoxicating minor to the point of causing danger to themselves or others and hit and run.
