Delano Deshaun Jenkins, 28 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he imprisoned a woman inside a hotel on Martha Berry Blvd.
Reports said that Jenkins refused to allow the woman to leave despite pleas to do so.
When police later arrived on the scene, Jenkins allegedly failed to cooperate with them.
Jenkins is charged with false imprisonment and obstruction of police.
