Patrick ONeal Carr, 49 of Plainsville, was booked into the Floyd County Jail this week after he allegedly conspired with others to deliver, transport and sale more than 28 grams of methamphetamine.
Reports added that the crimes occurred between October 5 and 20 of 2022.
Carr is charged with use of a communication facility in commission of a felony involving a controlled substance and conspiracy to traffic methamphetamine.
