Several citizens at the Floyd County Commission meeting came out this week in support of a man the commissioners had arrested at an earlier meeting in January.
A former banker and business owner, Mark Kenneth Swanson, was arrested after stating his constitutional rights to address the board over several issues, including the hiring of a county attorney.
