Garner Zhaine Barnes, 23 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said he pulled a gun on a 65 year-old man at Profile Custom Extrusions on Anderson Road.
Reports said that Barnes waved his arms to catch the attention of the victim. The victim then turned around to see what Barnes wanted. It was then, after a short exchange of words, Barnes allegedly pulled a firearm from his waistband and held weapon down by his side causing the victim to fear for his safety.
The victim then drove off without any further incident.
Barnes is charged with simple assault.
