David Paul Gragg, 48 of Shannon, was arrested this week after reports said he damaged another’s vehicle by kicking it with his foot.
Reports said that Gragg caused over $500 in damages to the vehicle in the incident.
Gragg is charged with simple battery and criminal damage to property.
