Brandy Kay Hodder, 47 of Rome, was arrested this week after she was found with drugs following her hitting another person in the face with her hand.
Police said that officers found Hodder driving on Shorter Avenue when they pulled her over. It was then, Hodder was found with Gabapentin and Etodolac in plastic baggies. Officers also found her in possession of marijuana.
Hodder is charged with simple battery, driving on a suspended license, two counts possession/distribution of dangerous drugs, drugs not in original container, and possession of marijuana.
