Richard Adam Spencer Jr, 20 of Piedmont, was arrested in Rome after reports said he used another’s bank card to charge $236.95 worth of merchandise without the owner’s permission.

Reports said that Spencer charged $147.10 to Verizon Wireless and another $89.95 to Thornton Chip Tuning.

Reports said that Spencer admitted to using the card and then attempted to pay the victim $150 back with Cash App.

Spencer is charged with two counts financial transaction card fraud.
